Anitl is King Phelps' older sister. She should have become queen when her older brother died childless but instead she abdicated to her younger brother. No one knows why she did this. There are rumors that she is involved with the fey and that she was resoponsible for her brother and father's deaths, however as they appear to be complete accidents there's no way to prove this.

She lives in one of the family estates far away from the capital cirty rarely coming out of it. However she still has a steady stream of visitors. She also has strong support in the royal court with people who think she would be much more qualified than Phelps in ruling the city.
